Netscape Communicator does it the same way, and Outlook Express as well
(IIRC). Don't know why though. Maybe to indicate a different charset
than us-ascii/iso-8859-1*.
But what I really don't understand is why toylet's Mozilla uses this
charset at all, since he doesn't use any characters that justify the
usage of a higher charset than use-ascii. Maybe he applied it default to
all messages.

Another weird thing I noticed is that when I read his postings a small
window pops up for the fraction of a second. Very weird.
