secnews

OK, I know this is a user question, but the problem is that I cannot
access the user support groups. ;-)

When trying to subscribe to groups on secnews.netscape.com I get the
message
   Mozilla and secnews.netscape.com cannot communicate securely
   because they have no common encryption algorithms.

Any idea? I am using Mozilla 1.1b on Linux.
