No, it's a matter of implementing nsXXX classes. If you look at /gfx,
you'll see a number of platform-specific subdirectories. For X-Windows,
there are four implementations (GTK+, QT, Motif and XLib) with the main
focus on GTK+. The code for the big three platforms (windows, gtk, mac)
serves as a guide; so the work essentially involves looking at what they
do and writing code that does the same job for PM.
