Try renaming your Java 1.1.8 directory temporarily and see if that works.

I think 1.3 has to be your default JVM.

Also, I'm not sure the install will copy the plugin if it is not a real IBM
Web Browsre.

Find the NPOJI6.DLL and make sure it is in the plugins dir.
