0.9.3 won't run

I had tried various Mozilla releases before, both with Warp4FP15 and
with eCS Preview 3. I have now got round to trying it with eCS GA, but
it will not run except for throwing up the dialog box which invites me
to convert my Netscape 4.61 profiles or to manage my profiles. Whichever
I choose, that is the last I see of Mozilla, and Process Commander
reveals no sign of any Mozilla thread still running in the background.

Any ideas?
