This is the VACPP version.
I tried again after moving the "." entries in PATH and LIBPATH to the
front and rebooting. Mozilla was the first thing I tried, so there were
no other instances of it or of Netscape running. The result was exactly
the same: after picking "convert profiles" or "manage profiles," Mozilla
just disappeared.
