Netscape 4.61 uses NATIVE OS/2 controls and components in the interface
itself.

Mozilla uses a "skin" approach that interprets XML data to create an
interface. This means that MANY operations in mozilla are going to be
slower...

Now, if someone could take some of the drawn widgets and controls and
make native OS/2 versions. I think a speed increase could occur.

-OR- someone could write a simple Native OS/2 GUI (like WebEx) that used
the Gecko engine ONLY in the web page area. That too, would load quicker.
