I appreciate the info ... and I do use AWGET ... and just plain old 
WGET ...
But none of those have anything to do with the original point of my 
post ...

Simply put ... Why have a EMPTY Mozilla window open when accessing a 
URL of the format:

http://www.somesite.com/filename.zip -or- 
http://www.somesite.com/filename.exe

As I said in my original post ... a minor nit to be sure ...
