No, I think that was whoever started this thread. My complaint was that it seems like 90% of the time the "Open in Existing Window" setting is ignored across the board. I've never figured out the pattern of when it works and when it doesn't. But knowing it is restricted to WPS might help with that. What I didn't say was that this often happens with Warp Center (that's WPS isn't it?) and at least one application that has its own "Open in Existing Window" option which I have always kept set and rarely seen it work that way.
