[EMAIL PROTECTED] said: What on earth is CTRL-D supposed to be doing???????? What does it look at and do before saving a bookmark????????
I saved a bookmark. I saved it again so I would have a backup if the first one disappeared in a cut/paste operation. Guess what. It refused to make a second one! I renamed the title of the first one and tried again. It changed the name back and still only one bookmark. Then I changed both the title the URL on the first one and did CTRL-D again. This time it saved a second one and gave it the title of the first one. All this smart (read stupid) action is pure non-needed bloat. I do not need an over programmed program telling me how I can and can't name my bookmarks, where I can put them and how many I put. God, I never understand why Mozilla methods must, at all costs, be totally different, do or die, from the tried and true methods of Netscape. The whole idea that it must be, has got to be, has got to work different is just beyond me. When a program works well DON'T LOOK FOR A WAY TO CHANGE IT!! SHEESH!!!! Jim L Snip XX to Email What would peace demonstrators do if Saddam's weapons were in Mexico instead of half way around the world?
