When I mentioned 10% I didn't expect the users do not have to download
or install the software themselves.  I was hoping for something like
Mozilla.org community members install it on their friends computers and
let them try it out. Also the 10% was a number that I just picked out,
my point is that if we want to build a user oriented product like a
browser, we should keep user satisfaction as a requirement. If the 10%
number is high for us, we should go for a lesser number for the 1.0
release, but still have a target.
