maybe gun factories should be illegal? should making nuclear bombs be
illegal? they can _potentially_ be used to harm people... where can you
draw the line? it's about immaterial copyright concept, with music it's
more or less impossible to say when exactly copying becomes stealing,
never mind the software or hardware. isn't it? napster with friends just
made it really clear for the first time that the physical
disc/tape/whatever isn't the issue. (maybe that's what they are suing
them for!)
