There's no reason psy model 1 from the ISO docs couldn't be put in.
I'm not sure which is the "better" model though. There may be some older
layerII papers which talk about the relative merits of the two models.
ISO mp3 code only implements psy model1. Anyone sure on what the other
encoders use?
