hmm, MP3 is not an open format, so i think it just isn't workable to
mix the GPL and MP3. If you get a license, it is illegal to
distribute since you know it is patented. And if you dont get a
license, you will probably be sued by Thomson if you distribute it.
So I'm changing my vote: I suggest changeing the license to something
like MPL or BSD.
The only copyright holders who explicitly appear in the code are:
ISO: remaing ISO code, no license specified
Ron Mayer fft (no license specified)
Apple Computer, Inc.: public domain code
Mark Taylor (votes to change license)
Takehiro TOMINAGA
A.L. Faber: version, VbrTag, get_audio
Free Software Foundation: (timestatus.c, but I added the FSF copyright notice,
and at least 6 people have hacked at that code)
