I took a look: your testcase.wav.mp3 looks like random noise.
I think the problem is that I didn't tell CVS that testcase.wav
is a binary file, so when you check it out under windows it
does the unix<->msdos text file convserion.
Can you try it again? I just did a cvs admin -kb testcase.wav
