He sent me the wave file and the MP3 file(thanks). When I tested, the problem
occured with WinAmp, but when I installed the "in_mp3.dll" plugin from WinAmp 2.22
[available at http://www.chat.ru/~dkutsanov/~index.htm] it was gone. So, I suggest
people who likes WinAmp, but do not use it for the decoder bug should download the
file and overwrite the existing one. Is there any drawback of doing so? Please let
me know if anyone has it in the knowledge. Also, the MP3 Plugin that comes with
CoolEdit [made by FhG] also decoded the file correctly. Sonique 1.51 also has the
bug [ the vis. looks very nice with that signal, though ;) ]. I wonder why does it
only occur with LAME. I tried it with MP3Enc, Xing and BladeEnc, but there was no
such problem. What could be the reason that the decoders mess up with only the
LAME Encoder?
