sorry but i have tested lame380a1_o & lame380a1_n with winamp ver 222,
with  in_mpg123.dll  by  Naoki  Shibata,  with naddy, apollo & windows
media player 6.4.07.1112 and problem was the same. this is lame bug or
my mistake...
