2.02 was version of decoder. I had to call it decoder included in
Winmap 2.20 to 2.22.
I don't know why this happens, but difference of outputs of l3dec and
the decoder is large when decoding the file on the page.
BTW, the decoder has another bug. It's not stable when playing VBR
file.

I meant that soundcard like Ensonique AudioPCI(which is unfortunately
not available today, costs about $40 perhaps) is enough.
And, on the web page of lame, "Thompson Multimedia" should be
corrected to "Thomson Multimedia".
