Perhaps the original III_dequantize_sample function is coded so that
all elements of xr[][] is overwritten. But sometimes there are elements
not overwritten, and they produced noise. The patched code initializes
all of the elements at the beginning of the function.

The patch I posted is made for mpglib of lame.
The original mpg123-0.59r (not mpglib version) seems to
have another bug.
