There's a winamp plugin. Also sonique and freeamp plugins are being worked
on for the windows side of things. (XMMS and Kmpg plugins for linux)

Yes. The current encoder is just for testing, it doesn't support any
switches. Have a look at the development mailing list archive. Someone on
the list has got binaries available on his website.
