after some re-consideration this seems wisest imo too. after some
reports of -q1 producing poorer results with lower bitrates, best not
too take too many chances.

I think I'll keep on using it, because I cannot find one single clip
where I hear -q1 -V1 -b128 perform poorer than -V1 -b128. (and there
is a real size benefit)
