I just wanna let you know that it does not compile out of the box
mainly because your provided mathinline.h interferes with the one
installed in my Linux system.
What do you mean with "The VBR mode of this code passes the vbrtest.wav" ?
Sorry, but it really sounds ugly to me, on some other tracks often garbled.
