Have none of you lived in St Paul, our dear neighbors to the east?
They hold caucuses each and every year to elect delegates to
endorse in those races that are happening that year.
I'd love to see that happen in Minneapolis. It would make the local
races more exciting because it would offer more opportunities for
candidates to organize from the grass roots.
