The Insight forum was BEFORE the endorsing convention. I heard from Rick
Stafford that the organizers of the forum let Kallenbach know about the
forum at the last minute, and he couldn't arrange to be let off work for
the forum.... That's rather interesting, because I believe the forum was
announced on the Minneapolis Issues list about a week or two before it
happened. And Stafford reads the list.
