It's pretty funky interactive stuff...you can get right down to the block
level, though I don't know how long this will take on a slower connection.
It looks like all of the 13th ward, most of the 11th, some of the 12th, and
a smidgen of the 10th are in the "west suburban Hennepin" (i.e., non urban)
district. My own neighborhood, Kingfield, would be split into two
Congressional districts! Think of our influence!
