As a city Republican I like the plan for Mpls. and St. Paul in the same
congressional district. Having one entire congressional district that can
focus on city issues without having to keep the suburban view in mind would
be nice for a change (no offense suburban folks).
There are some major key things that we can do on a congressional level that
we just can't do on the senate level.
