Congratulations to Paul Ostrow and Robert Lilligren on becoming Minneapolis City
Council President and Vice President respectively.
It seemed there were many suprises at the inaugural council meeting today; we
may be seeing the beginning of a coalition forming within city hall. I consider
this a refreshing alternative to the "bloc" politics of the past.
