I understand and agree with the need for competition... but how is having
ANOTHER "discount retailer" in the area provide that? Aren't Target's prices
standardized (at least in the metro area)?

p.s. Also... A little-known (and not highly-publicized) fact... Target and
K-Mart (and, I suspect, WalMart, too) have a "price-comping" policy; bring
in a competitor's ad which displays a lower price for an item(s), and get
the merchandise for the lower price.
