Right, and we've improved so much that 40% of the kids
in MPS don't graduate.

If language syntax causes so much confusion, why
didn't Italian kids have the same problem? Why do
Chinese, Korean, Japanese kids do so well when thier
native language isn't even read in the same direction?

The "cultural differences" that are causing problems
are one's that have been learned right here, in cities
across the country.

Single parent families.

The absence of fathers in kids lives.

The abdication of parental responsibility.

Drugs.

The psycology of the individual as a perpetual victim.

Moral Relativism.
