A general reminder: please make sure your comments, like others on the Minneapolis-Issues list, are tied directly to actual practices by a Minneapolis institution, in this case the school system. Please remember to make this connection in each of your posts, as education topics often become non-Minneapolis quickly. We are an applied list; general ideological debate can sometimes flow from local practices, but that flow has to be quick and direct.
