Hello Robert,

I talked about this issue before in this forum, and
the type of educational change I was talking about. 
The "experiments" as you call it have been tried in
various schools around the country with successful
results.  Multiple Intelligence.  

I believe some folks do not want to use it because it
would help raise the educational bar of children of
color, thereby thwarting the educational systems
covert process toward screening them into technical
programs and "would you like fries with that" type
jobs instead of higher education.

And yes, I do believe what I just wrote.
