According to DQ's website, they are based at: American Dairy Queen Corporation 7505 Metro Blvd. Minneapolis, MN 55439 So they're local. And it seems they have the wherewithal. But wait - this just in - DQ's claim to Minneapolis-basedness is a big corporate LIE. True locals know that Metro Blvd. is not in Minneapolis, but EDINA! So they ARE out-of-towners.
