I think that the Park Board should go to the very excellent managers at Dairy Queen and ask them to manage the Harriet and other concessions stands. They do not need to put Dairy Queen marquees on the roof, just manage the business. This is what they do best and the city would benefit. There was a day when sports teams managed their own concessions, but the advent of the ARAMARK and Orgdens and other professional managers made that practice obsolete. Pro managers will produce more profit, better products, more satisfied consumers and do it on terms dictated by the Park Board. Go get'm Annie; we'll share a Blizzard in July. \
