I did see this report, and I hope the Star Tribune follows up on it.  I had
not heard that Zerby had the same problem.  

The most interesting part of the report, I thought was that Cherryhomes
said she had deleted the "database" (which included I'm not sure what)
after asking permission of the clerk's office.  Noone in the clerks office
recalls that request.
