The only upshot of this whole burgeoning fiasco is that it is perhaps the final piece to the ruination of her future political aspirations.
Minneapolitans will hopefully maintain a long memory and be ready to warn those around the county or state (should higher office be sought) that it wasn't just the endless extensions to the Block E developer, the land usurping and public funding of a Target store, the TIFing of blocks and blocks of downtown (those were just policy decisions that proved to be unpopular with the populace), or even the sheer smugness exhibited in spearheading NRP to fix her up a house (it was technically legal, but as Ronnie Van Zant said, 'whew that smell!) that should keep voters away, but above all, it was that when she didn't get her way she proved her true political mettle, and demonstrated in no uncertain terms just how much her constituents and her home ward truly mattered to her by 86'ing 12 years worth of information. I remember when I was about 13 and I saw a home movie that my Grandfather had shot of me throwing a baseball bat and a sizable tantrum when I had struck out with runners on base and a ballgame on the line (I was maybe 10 when the film was shot). It was an awakening. One of life's little lessons� being a sore loser makes you look like an ass.
