Happy Spring and a friendly reminder... Thank you Wendy for these words. As you point out this is one of the biggest problems with the parkways and there are no real solutions as speed bumps don't really work, too many stop signs, police enforcement (is this the best use of their time), etc., etc., etc. And all of you who are driving fast on the frontage road through Minnehaha Park so you don't have to drive 35mph on Hiawatha - please stop it - we are going to change that one.
