I just want to voice my concern that the state of the city address is during the day. It appears that it is slotted for those privileged to take off work to hear it.
In the past it has been during the evening hours so us working folk can attend. I hope in the future, R. T., you will keep us folk in mind. This will be the first state of the city address that I have missed in many years.
