The Park Board shut down the park road between 54th st and Minnehaha Parkway this week? Excuse me?
Turns out, too many people were using the road. Huh??? As long as people respect speed laws, what's the problem? If people speed and drive recklessly they should be held accountable, but close the road, I don't think so. What's going on Park board????
