Why not shut river road down or Minnehaha pkwy? People use these roads more for 
commuting. Too many people are driving on the road so shut em down, what a cop out. 
Obviously the park police can't handle the work load.  Speed bumps are another 
alternative. 

Bottom line is, they shouldn't have built the road if they didn't want people using 
it.  But guess what, they did and the people that paid for that road are absolutely 
entitled to use it. 

Again, those who break traffic laws should be held accountable. But, if citizens who 
want to have a nice peaceful drive through the park on the way to, or from work, or 
wherever, should have that right.
