Anyway, the bike trail system rocks - but it needs a North Side/NE
connection! Got lost and drifted across 94 to Keith Reitman's North
side. Only spent a few minutes there, but it counts as being in that
 quadrant. >>
Thanx for the tip. Quiet, peaceful and fascinating are the most apt
descriptors of the trail less taken, Wirth Parkway. The Eloise Butler
wildlife sanctuary, Golf course, Bare 'A' beach, view from Plymouth bridge,
Faux stone outcroppings, last remnants from the Victorian amusement park,
Wirth Lake, Quaking Bog, Basset creek, Ski Chalet, etc. etc. And no crowd
makes the North Leg of the City's Parkway system a fine tour. If you still
have strength, proceed along Victory Memorial Parkway to the Upper River,
Shingle Creek and beyond to North East Parkways.

Happy trails to you, Keith Reitman NearNorth
