My 'destination' on the Kenilworth is often the downtown Farmer's Market,
about 1-2 blks. from the trail end downtown-- especially early on Sunday
mornings.

Even mid-afternoon rides on either Kenilworth or the Midtown Greenway (or
Cedar Lake) sure beats the congestion on city streets. Also plenty of
retail establishments within a few blocks of Greenway for cold drinks, lunch
or snacks; Uptown, movies, Lyn-Lake, the Walker, Guthrie and Sculpture
Garden-Loring areas (and more) are all just off Kenilworth-Greenway systems;
and all offer quick access to the 'Chain of Lake' walking/bike trails in SW
Mpls., Minnehaha Creek/Falls areas to south and east. I'm glad to see that
spring has finally arrived.
