If you really want to get yet another stadium built, the organization to 
form is "Minneapolitans to annex St. Paul" (and the sister organization, 
"St. Paulites to annex Minneapolis").  If these 2 cities merge, they might 
(just might) be able to afford to build a new stadium without bankrupting 
themselves.

Personally, I'd still think that there are other needs more pressing than a 
playground for millionaire jocks & billionaire jerks, but that's another issue.
