I'm not sure who to blame. Enron? Environmental Wackos forcing the Coal Conversion? Met Council forcing them to relocate their facilities to make room for the Choo Choo? My conservative roots are quaking. Is no investment sacred anymore? Perhaps wiser heads can lead me to wisdom on this matter. Meanwhile, my crappy little IRA has taken a major hit.
