Xcel Energy is 'tanking bigtime' primarily due to it's again wholly owned
NRG subsidiary (a function of Enronitis) which they recently repurchased on
the cheap (or seemingly so a month ago), low sales due to recession, and
ancillary liquidity problems. And many are asking, if this is the time to
sell or the time to buy as their stock hits 11 year lows? Remember when
electricity was penny cheap from NSP to you?
