I suppose it's possible that both Tom Johnsons worked on some of the same projects, but it seems unlikely. Whatever - the language about "Access Project Tom Johnson" at www.smithparker.com is enough to convince me that he is a lobbyist at least in deed if not in name, particularly when coupled with the "achievement" of convincing small towns that hazardous waste facilities are about jobs and economic development.....
