I suspect they are covered for the time being under that pesky "First Amendment to the Constitution" clause. I seem to recall someone who lived on Marshall Avenue in NE who had a gigantic 10X10 sign on the front of their house for many years that listed their complaints with the local political scene. Now, of course, they can just subscribe to this list. :-)
