However, I feel that I can say with certainty that I would not simply look for the easiest target to attack just to get out my aggression and boost the military industrial complex's bottom line.
As a native New Yorker, I still shudder at the sight of my hometown laid to waste by fanatics. However, an endless "war" on an ideal or act (terrorism) that cannot possibly be "won" would not assuage my fears nor satisfy my thirst for revenge.

If a 747 was hyjacked and crashed into the Mall of America on a
busy day, -with some 30,000 gallons of fuel on board- or into the IDS Tower-
actions reported to have been actually considered, with Bin Laden Luitenants
being in the city and going to the mall- then I expect all of these
sanctimonious -hollier than thou- pronunciations of anti war declarations
against the guy who pays $25000 to families of each suicide bomber- would be
gone like ghosts in the night.
