Unfortunately, the businesses you talk about are not 'pretty' and might even
be 'dirty'.  Sometimes it seems that all the planners feel the only stores
in town should be coffee shops or sell aroma therapy candles.  The planners
must live in the suburbs and get their cars and such fixed out there.
