Now I have to admit that it is scarry to think that "big Brother" might be 
watching, but in these financial tough times, I think the city should accept 
the gift.  I have been down town for various events recently, for music at 
First Ave; movies at Block E, and I see plenty of what I would call 
undesirables.  I'm not sure why we do't have more of a police presence in 
those areas, mayby for budget reasons.  But a few camera's might help.
