Our building at Lyndale has appreciated in value since we purchased it in 1999 and we have every reason to believe that this new building will also be a good investment for us. So we're growing our business and investing in the city."
Vicky adds a slight clarification: The Skyway News and Southwest Journal are not "investing" in Minneapolis. The property at 1115 Hennepin is owned by the TJ & Z Family Limited Partnership, c/o Janis Hall. The newspapers will simply be a "tenant" paying rent to the family partnership. There is a difference between "investing" and being a tenant. Vicky Heller Cedar-Riverside and North Oaks TEMPORARY REMINDER: 1. Send all posts in plain-text format. 2.
